Shipping & Returns
Every order is packed by hand in the studio. Because pieces are made in small batches, dispatch takes a few days longer than you may be used to — and we think that is a fair trade.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If a piece is being made to order, we will write to you with a date before we take payment.
Rates & transit
Duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Packaging
Each wallet ships in its own box with a card identifying the textile it was lined with. Boxes are unbranded on the outside and gift notes are free — leave one at checkout.
Returns
Unused pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to hello@studiokvn.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label for domestic returns.
Because leather takes on the marks of use quickly, we can only accept pieces that have not been carried. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of arrival.
Exchanges
Each wallet is one of one, so a direct exchange is rarely possible. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the one you want — we will hold it for you in the meantime if you ask.
Repairs
We repair anything we have made, for as long as we are making things. Stitching, snaps and edge finishing are repaired free of charge; anything requiring new leather is quoted at cost. Send a photograph to repairs@studiokvn.com to start.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box before unpacking further and write to us the same day. We will replace or refund the order and take up the claim with the carrier ourselves.
